Key Responsibilities\nEnsuring optimal transportation routes and schedules for deliveries\nMonitoring driver schedules and ensuring timely deliveries.\nPOD Management\nLiaising with internal teams (e.g., logistics, warehouse, customer service) and external parties (e.g., carriers, suppliers, customers) to ensure smooth and timely transportation operations.\nMonitoring the progress of shipments, identifying potential delays or issues, and proactively addressing them to minimize disruptions.\nEnsuring all transportation activities adhere to relevant regulations, safety standards, and company policies.\n\n

 

Qualifications & Requirements  \nMinimum Diploma in Supply Chain, Logistics or Business Administration\nMinimum 1 year of experience in Transport Planning or Logistics Customer Service\nAble to be based in Shah Alam or Elmina\nAble to use Microsoft Word, Excel & Powerpoint\nMust be able to read, write and speak English and Malay Languagues\n
