Job Title: Logistics Coordinator Job Summary:We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Logistics Coordinator to manage and optimize our transportation operations. Key Responsibilities:Plan and schedule vehicle pick-ups and deliveries with transport companies and internal departmentsBuild and maintain strong relationships with transport vendors, negotiating service agreements and ratesEnsure all transport providers meet regulatory and safety requirements, including insurance and licensing standardsResolve delivery delays, damage claims, and other transport-related issuesAnalyze transport costs and negotiate rates to maximize cost-efficiencyTrack and assess vendor performance metrics, including delivery times and service qualityVerify and process transport invoices for accuracy and ensure timely payment to vendorsGenerate reports on transport activity, costs, and performance trends for management reviewCommunicate with dealership teams to ensure transport aligns with inventory needs and timelinesWork with transport providers to identify and implement efficient routes for vehicle deliveryUtilize software tools like Smart Sheet, GPS tracking, or transport management systems to enhance operational efficiency
