Schedule, reschedule, and manage delivery appointments based on carrier and customer needs.
Collaborate with account managers on problem loads and execution strategy.
Route drivers effectively using detailed and accurate instructions.
Working hours: 5:30 AM - 5:00 PM
Skills:
Minimum 1 year of logistics or transportation experience.
Working knowledge of the transportation industry (freight terms, load planning, etc.).
Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Attention to detail and ability to work in a dynamic, high-volume environment.
Experience with transportation management systems (TMS) is a plus.
