Job Summary

We are looking for a new Logistics Coordinator (Fixed term-1 year) employee to be based in Warrington.

What a typical day looks like:

Serving as the single point of contact with the field service and other internal partners for all logistics and inventory related questions/concerns.Communicates regularly and pro-actively with internal partners regarding status of shipments and in case of discrepancies, work with couriers on fastest resolution.Work in conjunction and communicate with logistics providers to arrange collections.Review, follow-up and resolution of open orders.Arrange for parts orders cancellations.Review, follow up and resolution of parts returned with non-conforming quality.Review and follow up on manufacturing alerts, parts set up and parts escalations.System maintenance of drop point addresses.Trouble shooting of operational issues on logistics movements.Data reporting (KPI’s, Scorecards) on focus areas to direct management.

Experience/qualification we are looking to add to the team:

Previous work experience in a similar environment/in customer service role.Excellent problem solving, time management & communication skills Adaptable to work in a challenging, fast paced and changing working environment. Team player who can fit seamlessly into an existing team and is able to provide support to the team when needed. Outstanding Excel knowledgeEligible to work in the UK
