Job Description

Major Duties and Responsibilities

Provide outstanding, friendly customer service through daily communication with both internal and external customersEnsure accurate and timely data entry into our operational systemTrack and trace custom filesEnsure accurate and timely client billingUnderstand all the elements of the import customs operating procedure and correctly interpret this information to fulfill our customer´s instructions and expectations.Transfer customs declaration information from documents, or other sources into the customs entry system to allow for the build of a valid customs declarationAssist with verification of customs declaration information and the submission of such to the customs authorityEnsure compliance at all times to regulationsHours Monday - Friday 8:00 AM to 5:00 PMSuccessful candidates must pass a background check

 

Qualifications

 

Customer Service: 6 months to 1 year experience; or equivalent combination of education and experienceThis position will sit in Moon Township, PA. Candidates must be local or willing to relocate. Relocation assistance is not offered for this position.Understanding of transportation documentation and terms is a plus.Effective interpersonal skills, including proven abilities to listen, comprehend, effectively communicate clearly and concisely to obtain positive resultsPro-active, strong organizational skillsStrong desire to learnProficient computer skills - Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPointFluent in English
