Job Title: Logistics Coordinator
Job Description

We are seeking a meticulous Logistics Coordinator to manage the auditing and verification of orders, ensuring seamless data processing and inventory verification. The role involves logging and documenting Bills of Lading (BOLs), verifying forklift documents, assisting with procedural documentation, and maintaining accurate logs and files.

ResponsibilitiesAudit and verify orders coming in and going out of the facility.Ensure accurate inventory verification, logging, and documentation of BOLs.Verify forklift documents and assist with documentation of work procedures and training documents.Validate receipts and shipments against requisitions or invoices.Maintain logs and file essential documents.Resolve procurement discrepancies efficiently.Input data into Excel documents and ERP system (PLEX).Interact with drivers and warehouse employees to facilitate operations.Utilize shipment plans from customer service or warehouse supervisor to create compliant shipping documentation.Schedule material pickups with carriers via phone, email, or web portal.Validate outbound shipments to ensure physical products match documentation.Track materials and perform ERP transactions for accurate inventory status.Update freight cost logs for cost tracking.Review logistics invoicing and ensure accuracy, making corrections with carriers if necessary.Assist with non-conforming container arrivals documentation.Support permanent serialization process to maintain container inventory accuracy.Essential SkillsProficiency in data entry and Microsoft Office.Minimum of 2+ years experience in Shipping/Receiving or Logistics.Knowledge of DOT regulations and inventory management.Familiarity with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or Plex.Strong mathematical understanding for cost and unit calculations.Additional Skills & Qualifications2-3 years of supply chain experience, preferably in a shipping/receiving environment.Excellent PC skills with proficiency in Windows, Excel, Word, Outlook, and Teams.Experience with BOLs and shipping & receiving preferred.Knowledge of DOT documents/regulations preferred.Experience in chemicals and ERP systems is a plus.Work Environment

This role is based in a very clean, organized, and quiet manufacturing facility. The warehouse office is basic and not your typical white-collar setting, with 90% of time spent here and occasional floor visits. The facility handles chemicals for the semiconductor industry with a safe process involving automation and complex piping systems. Full PPE, including safety-toed shoes and safety glasses, is required for safety.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $23.00/hr.
