Description Logistics Coordinator (Time Studies & Process Improvement)

Location: Fontana, CA
Pay: $21/hr
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM

We are looking for a hands-on, detail-oriented individual who can work independently and help support warehouse operations with a focus on process improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct time studies to analyze workflow and productivity

Create spaghetti diagrams to optimize layout and movement

Perform general warehouse tasks including picking, packing, shipping, and receiving

Support continuous improvement initiatives

Maintain accurate records and documentation

Work with minimal supervision

Preferred Qualifications:

Warehouse experience required

Familiarity with lean manufacturing or process improvement tools

Experience with Microsoft Excel (a plus)
