Take a tour of Chart City to get a feel of how Chart equipment solutions impact our daily lives. **_What Will You Do?_** • Works from order pick lists and all shipping methods, packaging, customer requirements, and freight procedures • Coordinate and manage domestic and international shipments • Assess shipment, coordinate and secure trucking/trailer requirement with external customers, forwarders and/or carriers • Log, review customer PO for compliance, verify accuracy of shipments, and tracks to make sure all matches ERP • Prepares daily and monthly management reports • Coordinates and confirms inbound receipt/shipping documentation for internal/external customers • Ability to use computer and web-based systems to input, access, modify, or output information or to execute programs or analyses with a willingness to learn new applications (e.g., PC-based tools, Microsoft applications, web-based applications) • Generates manifest and shipment documents, Parcel, LTL's and trailer loads to publish per order requirements • Ability to solve logistic problems • Oversee shipping department production and respond quickly regarding order or project milestones and/or statuses • Enforces company safety program and procedures • Train and coach new hires **_Your Physical Work Environment Will Require…_** + Adhere to and promote company PPE culture + Contribute and advocate to creating a professional, positive, and healthy work environment + Ability to work in open office concept with high traffic + Ability to work in all weather conditions + On-time arrival for scheduled hours as well as adhere to designated break and lunch periods + Ability to work overtime on short notice, as required + Ability to regularly lift up to 50 pounds **_Your Experience Should Be..._** • Minimum of 3 years experience in packaging and shipping required, shipping forensics is a plus • Minimum of 1 year in Logistic/Supply Chain related experience • Proficient with the latest INCO Terms, specifically import/export shipments • Intermediate skills with ERP and MS Office, notably Excel • Highly responsive to high volume emails and attentive to details • Knowledge of Parcel, LTL, 3PL, and Heavy Haul transportation • Strong written and oral communication skills Chart Industries is an equal employment opportunity (EEO) employer and will not discriminate against any employee or applicants because of his or her race, color, religion, sex, gender identity or expression, sexual orientation, pregnancy, age, national origin, disability, veteran status, military status, marital status, genetic information or any other reason prohibited by law.
