Job Description
This position involves coordinating specialty crates and providing ad hoc support to various departments, including general administrative tasks.
ResponsibilitiesCoordinate specialty crates and ensure their timely delivery.Provide administrative support across multiple departments as needed.Utilize SAP to monitor inventory and manage transfer orders efficiently.Maintain clear and professional communication with customers and internal teams.Ensure accurate and timely completion of paperwork and file maintenance.Manage tasks effectively to meet deadlines.Essential SkillsExperience with SAP for transfer order management and inventory monitoring.Strong communication and organizational skills.Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs, including Outlook, Word, and Excel.General knowledge of transportation and customer service.Attention to detail and ability to work under deadlines.Additional Skills & QualificationsAbility to communicate in a professional, courteous, and effective manner.Experience in logistics coordination or related field.Work Environment
This position is based at a distribution site, where the contractor will primarily work in an office setting but will occasionally need to visit the floor. The role requires a balance between office tasks and on-site coordination.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $24.00/hr.
