As a Logistics Coordinator at Flowserve, you are responsible for the efficient and safe receipt, storage, distribution and issuing of goods within our organization. You work closely with your team and ensure that all processes within the warehouse run smoothly. In addition, you play an important role in managing, motivating and guiding colleagues and optimizing logistics processes.

Your role

You are the point of contact for the receipt of goods, you check the work orders and receipts.

You check for accuracy, quantities and transport damage and register the products in SAP and create a storage location and pack the goods in accordance with the requirements.

You collect the goods for production or internal transport with, among other things, a forklift or overhead crane. Before issuing the goods, you process the orders and pack the end products for transport

You are responsible for inventory management, reporting and counting

You lead your team and make the work schedules and are the point of contact for daily bottlenecks and challenges

Your profile

Strong communication skills – You can switch smoothly between different departments such as production, quality control, planning and drivers, both in Dutch and English.

Leadership qualities – You manage colleagues, guide new employees and distribute the work efficiently.

You are strong in organization, you set priorities based on order lists, deadlines and material availability and monitor the progress of work.

Hands-on mentality – You like to work on the work floor, roll up your sleeves and keep an overview.

You check stock differences, perform counts and ensure reliable administration.

What do you bring?

MBO work and thinking level, preferably in the direction of Logistics.

Experience with SAP or a comparable ERP system.

Demonstrable experience in a comparable coordinating position.

In possession of a forklift certificate (or willing to obtain one).

Good communication and organizational skills.
