ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

·       Coordinate & Manage material requests utilizing internal systems; eAndons and Smartsheet requests for both ITR and CBR businesses

·       Prioritize picking of material based on production needs/coordinate the picking with material handlers for staging  

·       Lead scheduling for trucks and prioritize material delivery to main site by coordinating with inventory team and leads as needed.

·       Maintain the staging area for material/trucks is organized, safe, and clean

·       Ensure good Visual management for outbound material; both replenishment material and critical items

·       Completion of SAP transactions as needed for outbound material and work with inventory team for corrective actions

·       Point of contact for main site for all incoming communication regarding material deliveries

·       Support Inventory operations as needed

·       Other duties as assigned

Qualifications/Requirements

·        High school diploma / GED with at least 5 years of experience in Inventory/warehousing

·        Inventory SAP Experience

 

Desired Characteristics:

·       Excellent verbal and written communication skills

·       SAP MM, WM module experience  

·       Expert level knowledge of SAP

·       Math proficiency

·       Familiarity with ERP and data entry systems

·       Ability to perform moderate to heavy lifting

·       Able to sit, walk, move around for long hours at a time

·       Must be willing to travel to offsite warehouse and main site as needed
