Description We are looking for a dedicated Logistics Clerk to join our team in Madison, Wisconsin. This role involves supporting the efficient shipment and receipt of pharmaceutical products while maintaining high standards of accuracy and care. As a Long-term Contract position, this opportunity is ideal for individuals seeking stability and growth in a dynamic environment. Responsibilities: • Prepare and package pharmaceutical products for shipment, ensuring proper handling, including temperature-sensitive packaging. • Receive incoming medication shipments and organize them on designated shelves. • Process and fulfill customer orders, ensuring all items are accurately packaged and labeled. • Conduct light data entry tasks to record shipping and receiving information. • Handle mailing of medications to customers with attention to timeliness and accuracy. • Maintain a clean and organized workspace to comply with safety and operational standards. • Assist with inventory management by tracking and updating stock levels. • Operate shipping and inventory management systems, such as IBM AS/400, to manage fulfillment processes. • Stay on your feet throughout the day while performing physical tasks related to shipping and receiving. • Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth logistics operations. Requirements • Experience with logistics or fulfillment operations is preferred but not required. • Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and Outlook. • Familiarity with inventory management systems such as IBM AS/400 is a plus. • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy in fast-paced environments. • Excellent organizational and time management skills. • Capability to perform physical tasks, including standing for extended periods and handling packages. • Basic computer skills for data entry and system updates. • Effective communication and customer service abilities.
