**Summary**
It is the responsibility of the Logistics Clerk to perform clerical duties within the branch. Work as support staff in the performance of administrative responsibilities for the supervisor/management team as directed. Professionally interacts with customers, team members, and third-party vendor/partner representatives to provide the highest level of service excellence. Perform clerical and administrative tasks using various office software, including SharePoint and Citrix for ticket processing related to logistics. Adapt to other administrative duties as assigned, working under general supervision and following management direction.
This position will support our Event & Exhibit Services team. The position follows an in-person schedule working full-time in-office and/or show-site based out of Mohave Valley, AZ.
**Essential Duties & Responsibilities**
+ Perform clerical and administrative duties in an office setting.
+ Uses a variety of office software applications including but not limited to word processing, email, and excel, and using Share point (ECS) and Citrix (TSS & EMS) for tickets processing.
+ Specific experience with computer systems and web-based programs required.
+ Understanding with: Office software applications including but not limited to email, Microsoft Word, Excel, and other software operational programs.
+ Opens and creates new files for each individual job/show.
+ Assists with other projects and special assignments as required by Freeman management team.
+ LoadList Trailer Projection.
+ Perform other duties as assigned.
**Education & Experience**
+ High School Diploma or Equivalent with relevant work experience required.
+ Specific experience with computer systems and web-based programs.
+ Understanding with: Office software applications including but not limited to email, Microsoft Word, Excel, and other software operational programs.
+ Interpersonal skills and demeanor to deal effectively with all internal and external contacts.
+ Organizational skills and abilities.
+ Strong verbal and written communication skills.
+ Excellent customer service skills.
