Logistics Associate III – Receiving DepartmentYour RoleAre you ready to bring your logistics expertise to one of the world’s largest and most advanced automated distribution centers? At Ingram Micro, we're looking for a Logistics Associate III to join our high-performing team in the Receiving Department. In this senior-level operations role, you’ll play a key part in ensuring inventory is accurately managed from inbound receipt to outbound shipment, helping us deliver excellence to our customers across the globe.This is more than just a warehouse job—this is a career-building opportunity to grow your skills in inventory control, systems operations, and customer service, all while working in a fast-paced, tech-driven environment. You’ll use industry-leading systems like SAP and RF scanning devices to execute critical logistics processes with precision.What You’ll DoManage the receiving, inspection, and put-away of inbound shipments, including LTL and small parcel freightCoordinate and schedule receiving activities, including Will Call pickups (interfacing with both customers and sales teams)Perform detailed inventory control, reconciliation, and research to maintain inventory accuracyOperate powered industrial equipment as needed (less than 60% of the time)Participate in stock rotation, bundling/kitting breakdowns, and component sortingHandle returns processing and update inventory systems accordinglyEnsure timely and accurate shipment of orders to meet customer SLAsMaintain records and process documentation within internal systemsSupport continuous improvement efforts and identify process efficienciesWhat You Bring to the TeamA collaborative and proactive mindset, with strong attention to detailProven experience using inventory systems such as SAP, IMFirst, or IMPulseFamiliarity with RF scanners and related warehouse technologyStrong communication skills, especially when working with cross-functional teamsAbility to multitask and troubleshoot issues independentlyQualificationsHigh School Diploma or equivalent required; Associate degree preferredMinimum 5 years of experience in warehouse, logistics, or inventory control roles, ideally in a senior or lead capacityDemonstrated proficiency in warehouse systems and materials handling proceduresAbility to lift, carry, and move materials safely and efficientlyExperience training or mentoring team members a plusThe typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $35,000.00 - $52,600.00 per year.The ranges above reflect the potential annual base pay across the U.S. for all roles; the applicable base pay range will depend on the candidate’s primary work location, pay grade, and variable compensation plan. Individual base pay within each range depends on various factors, in addition to primary work location, such as complexity and responsibility of role, job duties/requirements, and relevant experience and skills. Base pay ranges are reviewed and typically updated each year. Offers are made within the base pay range applicable at the time of hire. New hires starting base pay generally falls in the bottom half (between the minimum and midpoint) of a pay range.
