What You'll Do:
As Logistics Associate, you will contribute to the efficiency of our logistics operations. You will be responsible for managing and documenting shipments and ensuring they are executed under the agreed conditions and deadlines. You'll collaborate with a diverse group of passionate individuals to deliver sustainable solutions to advance mobility, improve wellbeing and enhance modern life.
What We're Looking For:
Manage and deliver product samples. Prepare shipping & dispatch documents. Manage and entry data in ERP related to purchase orders and shipping / dispatch documentation Manage the courier platforms and contact forwarders Request, track shipments and solve any incidents. Verify transport invoices against quotations. Provide administrative support to the Supply Chain department. Contribute to continuous improvement and collaborate with the team in optimizing department processes.
Skills That Make a Difference:
Studies in Administration and/or International Logistics. 3-5 years of experience as a Logistics Associate or similar role Knowledge of INCOTERMs Fluid in English (oral and written) Knowledge of logistics software or transport management systems. ERPs and courier platforms. Windows Office (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint) Excellent organizational and time-management skills. Ability to work in all kinds of environment, including a matrix organization and multicultural environments Good communication skills. Teamwork and cooperation.
