Summary/Objective
The role is responsible for overseeing daily fuel operations, including inventory management, dispatch coordination, and cost tracking. Key duties involve maintaining and analyzing reports related to fuel sales, production volumes, fleet operations, and economic performance. The position also supports regulatory compliance through RINs reporting and fuel tax return preparation. Additional responsibilities include invoice review, account reconciliation, and providing backup support for fuel procurement. Strong analytical and organizational skills are essential for driving operational efficiency and accurate reporting.
Responsibilities
Oversee the daily management of fuel inventory and coordinate the dispatch of loads to ensure optimal supply levels and precise inventory control at the terminal levelUpdate and maintain critical reports on production volumes, sales metrics, and economic performance indicatorsManage the daily cost sheet to accurately capture all data required for comprehensive cost analysisHandle preparation and filing of fuel tax returns in line with regulationsEnter, manage, and analyze fleet data and reports to support operational efficiency and informed decision-makingReview fuel invoices and perform thorough account reconciliationsPrepare and submit RINs reports to ensure regulatory complianceBack up on Fuel Procurement and back up on pricing retail storesPreferred Education and Experience
