Your Key Responsibilities

Strategic / Tactical – Thailand: 

Conduct & lead RFQ process in warehousing and transportation & customs clearance services achieving synergies in operational efficiencies and overall cost savings implementation  Management, planning and achievement of logistics budgets and targets  Develop warehouse operations improvements by analyzing process workflow, product flow, productivity and space requirements, equipment layout, etc. for existing operations and for recommending and implementing such changes in RFQ evaluation process  Lead in selecting and nominating shortlisted providers/partners base on thorough evaluation process matrix to management for approval and implementation  Driving high performance of logistics services and other related improvement projects through monthly & quarterly reviews with 3PLs  and others

Operational – Thailand: 

Ensure strict compliance with SOPs is adhered to in all areas of outsourced warehouse & transport & customs brokerage operations to meet agreed KPI/SLA agreement and others

Projects Singpore/SEA: 

Lead international Logistics projects within Thailand/SEA region as assigned, to drive operational process improvements, especially in relation to automation, ERP/S4 Hana readiness & cross-country Logistics  standardization projects  Your Qualifications Bachelor or Master degree Logistics / SCM – Business or technical  Experience in managing and leading 3rd party operated logistics operations SAP overview with transactional knowledge in WM/IM modules      Well organized and able to manage multiple concurrent tasks  Organized, detail-oriented, customer service presence  Works well in teams and individually in accomplishing goals  People leadership experience  Fluent in English
