The Client Service Coordinator is a key member of the RPO Delivery team, responsible for all aspects of event and logistic coordination. The role directly supports client hiring teams, as well as sending reports and updates for how the program is doing. This is a 100% Virtual W2 contract, supporting our client in logistics and event coordination. **Making an Impact** + Coordinator will be managing campus platform, Yello. + Creating events and generating email campaigns in Yello + Supporting event coordination and logistics management, scheduling flights and hotels. + Ordering and Tracking Supplies + Support projects as needed. + Facilitate hiring events including welcoming & registering attendees, assisting with prescreens and coordination (paperwork explanation, initiating clearance, facilitating candidates between stations) **Required** + 2+ years of work experience in back office, account management, event planning or recruiting. + High school diploma or equivalent + Intermediate Excel reporting skills **Nice to Have** + Campus Recruitment experience. + Experience using Yello + Experience in a role that required in-depth data analysis **About Talent Solutions** Talent Solutions combines our leading global offerings RPO, TAPFIN-MSP and Right Management to provide end-to-end, data-driven capabilities across the talent lifecycle.
