Job Description: The role of a logistics analyst control tower is to monitor , analyze and optimize the flow of goods and information throughout the supply chain. + Data collection and analysis: Gathering data from various sources and performing through analysis to identify trends and patterns for improvement opportunity. + KPI tracking and reporting: Developing and maintaining regional/ global dashboard/ reports to monitor transportation KPI such as ToT%, average lead-time and transportation cost. + Root cause analysis: Investigating inefficiencies in trade lanes to identity root causes and propose data-driven solution. + Control Tower: Support Network Operation Center (NOC) implementation with vendors across APAC region. + Collaboration and communication: Working closely with cross functional team globally for project implementation and improvement. + Process Improvement: Coordinate with NOC partner using data insights to implement improvements to drive savings. + Drive and track global saving programs + Participates in and may lead project teams.
