Raytheon Logistics Engineering team is looking for a Logistics Analyst to support the DDG ILS Team with the development of logistics products and ship activation. In this role you will be responsible for providing logistics and sustaining engineering support for the Zumwalt DDG 1000 Program ensuring the system is affordable (lowest life cycle cost), operable, supported, and sustained through proactive implementation. This position is a unique opportunity to expand your experience across a very wide variety of state-of-the art technologies through organization of hardware as various mission systems are brought online with modernization efforts on the Zumwalt class. **What You Will Do:** + Assist logistics team in efforts activities necessary to meet program requirements. + Compare drawings, parts list and change pages against our current configuration to help identify updates. + Interface with Raytheon Test Activation IPT on logistics matters. + Attend and provide status at the weekly team meeting for both logistics and test activation IPT. + Support shipyard configuration check/verification. + Access ship to validate installed equipment vs. built configuration. + Take photos of installed equipment in support of the IETM development. + Hardware pick-up and delivery when needed to transport assets (failed, repaired and or spare replacement) between authorized locations. **Qualifications You Must Have:** + Typically requires: A University Degree or equivalent experience and less than 2 years prior relevant experience. + Experience with logistics, integration, test and/or drawings. + The ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued security clearance is required. U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance. **Qualifications We Prefer:** + Knowledge of Logistic Support Analysis (LSA), Diagnostic analysis, Maintenance Task analysis. + Excellent computer skills consist of proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Project, Visio, and PowerPoint. + Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and written. + Familiar with ship activation schedule and test and activation issue tracking. + Broad knowledge of Import/Export requirements and hazardous material administration. + Knowledge of government and shipbuilder warehousing processes for failed equipment replenishment. + Shipbuilding background and functional experience considered for this position. + Familiarity with the development of Technical Documentation Training. + Experience in performing Navy shipyard logistics or Navy shipbuilding activation. + Government property inventory experience; familiar with Navy logistics or LSA process. Clearance Information: This position requires security clearance. **DCSA Consolidated Adjudication Services (DCSA CAS)** , an agency of the Department of Defense, handles and adjudicates the security clearance process. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
