The Logistics Analyst fulfills imagery collection equipment movement requests (domestic and international) through the product lifecycle keeping in mind country specific regulations. Liaising with 3PL partners such as FedEx, Expeditors, etc. is a key responsibility. Additionally, they support stock management, scheduled stock count, and forecasting. **Skills and Qualifications of the ideal candidate:** + Minimum of 2 years of experience in the logistics industry, with a focus on vendor or warehouse management. + Proficiency in English at a minimum C1 level, both written and spoken. + Experience with SAP ERP tool. + Bachelor’s degree. + Willingness and ability to travel as required by the role. + Familiarity with spreadsheets, stock management and forecasting. + Experience in logistics industry, vendor and warehouse management. + Readiness to work in a rapidly changing environment. + Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to operate and communicate effectively with people at all levels of the business. **Main responsibilities:** + Coordinating global equipment delivery and return (overseeing shipment, order updates, packaging and labeling). + Managing and tracking tickets till the receipt of shipment. + Managing the equipment used in image collection and manage equipment inventories at hardware depots. + Working with the Client Trade Compliance team to make sure that all international shipments comply with export & import regulations. + Planning and implementing inventory movement optimization (e.g. warehouse-slotting, route planning) and oversee inventory procedures. + Managing shipment requests for domestic and international orders and procedures of platforms and disks and provide status updates to relevant stakeholders through delivery. **We offer:** + Pleasant and inspiring working atmosphere. + Opportunity to be part of a rapidly expanding global organization with irreproachable reputation. + Professional development and clear career path. + State-of-the-art office facilities in a convenient location in Cracow. + Training & development opportunities. + Extensive benefits package: Multisport Card, LuxMed medical healthcare (including dental care), life insurance, cafeteria benefits.
