Overview

As our Logistics Analyst, you’ll support various areas of the Distribution & Logistics (D&L) team by gathering, organizing, and maintaining key data to help our analysts make smarter, faster decisions. Your work will play a vital role in keeping our operations running smoothly and efficiently.

What You'll Do Leadership and Management Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs). Evaluate and signal performance trends of suppliers.

 

Operational Excellence

Analyze and validate product registration requests in the ERP system. Execute product registrations in the ERP. Update the E-commerce Delivery Tracking Report. Manage purchases of materials and supplies for the Distribution Center (DC) and maintain communication with suppliers. Issue purchase orders and process supplier invoice payments via ERP. Provide operational assistance across departmental demands and act as backup during team absences or vacations. Identify and address pending deliveries and operational inconsistencies. Support logistical operations specific to the DC. Actively seek opportunities for process improvements and operational optimization. What You'll Bring to the Table Degree in Business Administration, Logistics and related fields Minimum 2 years in Logistics operations Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and ERP systems Knowledge in Office package, ERP'S Willingness to travel nationally up to 25% of the time
