Responsibilities\nMonitor DC operational performances, define and analyze problem for Process improving by leading solution implementation with DC operational teams to ensure a process of effective management of operation and support functions to achieve internal and external’s KPI.\nSets objectives and delivers results that have some longer-term impact within the Job area.\nAccurate decisions and recommendations would normally result in the achievement of business results, would prevent noticeable delays in assigned work, and would limit the risk of moderate expenditures of time, human Resources, and/or funds.\nMaintains and enhances relations with the customers.\nMeets and communicates with the customers on a consistent basis in order to understand and fulfill their requirements.\nLead and manages Analyst team to design solution that suitable for both technical and business requirements.\nRequirements\nAt least 1 year of working experience in Transport Planner/Warehouse Analyst field. \nSkilled in office Tools: MS Office / Excel / Words / Project / Access / Power Point.\nStrong data analysis, problem solving, negotiation and Presentation skill.\nHave knowledge in Warehouse Management System (WMS) and Operational Management System (OMS).\nFast learner, hardworking, self-initiative, enthusiastic and customer oriented.\nAble to work in dynamic environment which requires greater flexibility and adaptability.\nGood communication both in Thai and English\n
