Logistics Analyst
Description We are looking for a detail-oriented Logistics Analyst to join our team on a contract basis in Nutley, New Jersey. In this role, you will focus on optimizing logistics operations, analyzing data, and ensuring compliance with organizational standards. This position offers the opportunity to contribute to key business functions and work with enterprise systems to improve efficiency. Responsibilities: • Analyze logistics operations to identify opportunities for process improvements and cost savings. • Utilize data mining techniques to extract and interpret meaningful insights to support decision-making. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective communication and seamless integration of enterprise resource planning systems. • Monitor compliance with organizational policies and industry regulations to ensure smooth operations. • Perform audits to assess the accuracy and efficiency of logistics processes. • Maintain and update customer relationship management (CRM) systems to enhance client interactions. • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving logistical challenges. • Generate and present reports that detail performance metrics and operational outcomes. • Support the implementation of new logistics strategies and tools to enhance productivity. • Ensure timely and accurate delivery of goods and services to meet client expectations. Requirements • Proficiency in data mining techniques and the ability to analyze large datasets. • Strong knowledge of enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems. • Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) tools. • Experience in auditing and compliance within logistics operations. • Excellent communication skills to collaborate across teams and with clients. • Demonstrated ability to provide outstanding customer service. • Solid understanding of logistics processes and supply chain management. • Ability to adapt to new tools and strategies to improve operational efficiency.
