PROD Team (Order Management – Products)
Job Summary:
The PROD/Order Management employee handles all enquiries and requests regarding orders and backlog and updates the Oracle system accurately. The employee proactively provides account representatives and customers with all information on order status and backlog. The employee works according to Hitachi Vantara procedures and processes.
Responsibilities:
- APAC Order processing and backlog management
- Work with Supply Planning team to ensure sufficient inventory to fulfilling orders
- Review and check accuracy on orders information and customer requirements
- Communicate and work with APAC Sales Ops and DC team on orders requirement
- Ensure customer requested delivery requirements are met
- Manage customer’s satisfaction issue when required
- Ensure compliant with Export Compliance procedure
The candidate must be open for job rotation and prepared to support the team in other areas such as processing and scheduling of orders
Knowledge and Skills
Meticulous, eye for detail
Excellent interpersonal communication skills
Proficient skills of MS application, WMS, Oracle
Independent and effective problem-solving skills
Education/ Experience
Minimum Diploma/University degree
At least 3 years working experience in relevant supply chain industry
Fresh graduate will be considered
