Purpose of Role:

Coordinates & monitoring inbound and outbound international logistical operations including import-export clearance activities, proper shipping documents, and transportation arrangement. Work closely with warehouse team to look after (sub-contractor, CKB) for day-to-day Jakarta warehouse activities (D29) and accurately process all paperwork in business system (ERP – Oracle)

Key Responsibilities:
· Logistic:

Coordinates international shipments from all ESCO origins to internal and external customers; acts as designated point of contact for freight moves involving the global import and export of goods; and overseas shipments to ensure the goods move on schedule
· Warehouse:

Work closely with warehouse team to look after (sub-contractor, CKB) for day-to-day Jakarta warehouse activities (D29) to ensure inventory accuracy, timely and accurate shipping, and update shipping status

· Support:

Works directly with the customer service group, outside sales, customers, distribution centers, forwarders, customs brokers, transportation companies and suppliers.
· Document:

Assures that all international shipping documentation, import clearance supporting documents are complete and meets legal requirements; verify vendor's invoices for accuracy and that they meet ESCO's pricing agreements
· Safety First:

Demonstrate 100% commitment to our zero harm behaviors in support of our drive towards developing a world class safety culture.

Job Knowledge/Education and Qualifications:
•    Education: Diploma / Degree (S1) in any field with experiences
•    Experience: 3 years in Logistic/Warehouse Ops/ Inventory/Export Import handling
•    Certifications/Licenses: certified customs specialist PPJK is preferred
•    Other Required Knowledge, Skills & Abilities: Advance in Excel Spreadsheet
