Key Responsibilities:
1. Execute logistics processes and manage operations such as transportation, warehousing, and inventory management, ensuring timely and cost-effective transportation and storage of goods in alignment with plans and objectives.
2. Work closely with internal teams and external stakeholders to maintain smooth logistics operations.
3. Contribute to the development and continuous improvement of logistics systems and practices.
4. Analyze logistics data to monitor performance and identify areas for enhancement.
5. Assist in the implementation of logistics projects.
6. Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and company policies related to logistics and transportation.
7. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of logistics best practices to drive efficiency.
Administrative Responsibilities:
1. Prepare and maintain accurate records and documentation related to logistics operations.
2. Coordinate schedules for transportation and warehousing activities.
3. Generate reports on logistics performance and provide insights for improvement.
4. Monitor inventory levels and ensure proper stock control.
5. Address logistics-related inquiries and provide timely information to stakeholders.
Job Specifications:
Education:Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field. Experience:Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in logistics operations or a similar role. Skills:- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in logistics software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Analytical skills to interpret logistics data and identify areas for improvement.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams. Understanding of logistics best practices, laws, and regulations. Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Level Description:
