TAREAS Y RESPONSABILIDADES (DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES):

Coordinate the Outbound shipments, requesting the equipment’s needed, loading planning and generates all required documentation.Coordinate with suppliers, carriers and buyers the logistic transportation and customs clearance for all Inbound shipments, to be receive on time and at the lower cost.Receive, review and process for payment all invoices from carriers to be assign to the correct cost center.Maintain records of freight payments to monitor the standard cost of freight considered in the RM standard cost matches and update standard cost for Budget process.Follow up the delivery and sterilization process for all outbound shipments until release.Identify opportunities to optimize/reduce freight cost for Raw Materials, by looking for consolidation points or other low cost alternatives. Support other departmental tasks, such as internal/external audits, VIP’s projects, KPI’s achievements/improvements, Tier Meetings, etc.Understand and enforce the compliance of departments such as: Customs process, FDA, as it pertains to the transportation of goods internationally.Learn and practice basic ergonomic principles to reduce job-related discomfort and injuries.Manage continuous improvement through development of document control procedures.To conduct operations in a manner that promotes safety and comply with the rules of GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices), GMD (Good Documentation Practices), FDA (Federal Drug Administration) and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) of the company.

EDUCACIÓN Y/O EXPERIENCIA (EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE):

Bachelor Degree in Industrial Engineering, Logistics, International Business or similar degree preferred1 - 3 years related experienceKnowledge of local country Customs and Free Zone Laws/regulations

CUALIFICACIONES (QUALIFICATIONS):

Computerized management systems ERP, Microsoft OfficeCustoms and Free Zone laws and processesWork under pressureGood presentation and communication skillsGood interpersonal relations

IDIOMA (LANGUAGE):

Bilingual (Spanish and English)
