Summary
The Logile System Administrator is responsible for managing system configurations and functionality related to labor forecasting, scheduling, and time & attendance within our workforce planning tools. This role ensures that system processes align with business needs, legal compliance, and operational strategy. The position serves as a technical liaison between operations, support teams, and system vendors, supporting field users, troubleshooting issues, and implementing improvements.
Duties and Responsibilities
Manage Logile system configurations related to forecasting, scheduling, and time & attendance. Implement and test new workflows, programs, and integrations to improve labor planning and system functionality. Review schedule data and identify anomalies or configuration issues. Partner with stakeholders across Workforce Management, IT, Operations, Compensation, and Compliance to ensure systems support business goals and legal requirements. Ensure compliance with federal and state labor laws, including FLSA, break/meal rules, and overtime regulations. Act as Tier 2/3 support for system-related issues; manage service tickets and coordinate resolutions. Develop and maintain user training materials, job aids, and SOPs to support system functionality and user adoption. Deliver training to field and support teams regarding system changes, new features, and scheduling best practices. Maintain and regularly update the Logile SharePoint site with relevant resources, communications, and documentation. Provide ad-hoc and standard reporting to support workforce planning, operational needs, and compliance tracking. Identify opportunities for process improvements and system enhancements; recommend and implement solutions. Participate in system testing, UAT coordination, and support for new program launches or configuration changes. Ensure bp’s safety, risk, and compliance culture and expectations are met. Prioritize safety in all aspects of the role and support the Believe in Zero safety philosophy.Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience). 3+ years of experience with workforce management systems (Logile preferred). Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Self-starter with high attention to detail and a strong sense of accountability. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. Familiarity with labor compliance regulations and scheduling best practices.Preferred:
Prior experience with Logile, Kronos, or other WFM platforms. Experience with system testing, UAT coordination, and issue resolution.
