Your Impact
Performs variety of survey work in coordination with the Engineering Section in support of the LOGCAP contract for Kwajalein Atoll. Works with the Engineering manager, Project Delivery Manager, and Construction Manager.
Possess knowledge and experience in a wide range of assignments in the area of surveying. Possess experience with analytical/independent problem solving, facility requirements development, engineering site investigations and evaluation, budget and programming support, environmental analyses, and program execution. Gathers and correlates basic data, performing routine analyses/evaluations, coordinating the survey activities of junior professionals or technicians. Expertise may include but is not limited to site surveys in support of facility improvement projects, new construction, and environmental planning. Possess knowledge and experience in developing detailed survey drawings, calculations and project drawings and specifications at varying stages of the project including final design stage. Collaboratively develops facility and infrastructure solutions to meet client requirements. Participate in facilitate meetings, participate in stakeholder discussions, and provide guidance to large, multi-disciplinary teams on complex master planning assignments. United States and International travel, with occasional short notice travel. Other duties as determined by project leadership.Who You Are

Must have computer skills and be able to operate a variety of computer programs.Must be able to speak, read and write English fluentlyMust maintain a valid driver’s license from their home country with validity for 12 months from on-site employment dateMust maintain a valid passport from their home country with validity for 12 months from on-site employment date. Passport must have a minimum of 6 blank pages prior to OCONUS mobilization. Must satisfy the USARPAC Force Health Protection Guidance medical requirements for INDOPACOM prior to OCONUS mobilization, must be able to maintain a Medically Qualified (MQ) rating on an annual basis. Must be CAC eligible and able to gain and maintain authorized entry onto US military installations.To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential job duty satisfactorily. 5 years’ experience in surveying Bachelor’s degree preferred US Citizenship with US Passport required Must have knowledge of and experience in developing facility and infrastructure solutions in support of military operations to include in contingency environments (DD Form 1391s, Project Planning Estimates, Project Estimates, etc.) Must have knowledge and working experience with facility and infrastructure guidance to include Unified Facilities Code (UFC), Department of Defense Manuals, Army and US Army Corps of Engineers regulations. Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills to include a specific knowledge of technical military writing style and format. Must be able to work with military personnel, US Government officials and personnel from other firms/companies to meet client requirements. Possess experience with analytical/independent problem solving, facility requirements development, engineering site investigations and evaluation, budget and programming support, environmental analyses, and program execution.
