A Food and Beverage Assistant is responsible for working in our Loft Sky Bar and will work to deliver an excellent Guest and Member experience while working to achieve departmental targets.

What will I be doing? 

\n\nAble to work in all areas of Food and Beverage namely the restaurant\nWelcome guests in a polite and friendly manner\nTake and deliver customer orders, consistently demonstrating high levels of customer service \nPrepare set ups for tables and/or rooms \nFollow cash handling procedures \nManage guest queries in a timely and efficient manner \nUp-sell with latest departmental incentives \nEnsure compliance of brand standards \nStrive to achieve departmental targets \nEnsure cleanliness of work areas \nComply with hotel security, fire regulations and all health and safety legislation \nComply with local licensing laws\nBe environmentally aware\nAssist other departments wherever necessary and maintain good working relationships \n\n
