Schedule: + Saturday : 8:00 AM – 1:00 PM + PRN shifts available Mon-Fri: Daytime hours, depending on the day ?? Start Date: ASAP ?? Specialty: Primary Care / VERY light occ health ?? Patient Volume: 10–12 patients/day ?? EMR: Epic Role Highlights: + Provide primary and acute care for employees and their dependents. sees ages 2+. + Patient centered medical health - allocate 30 minutes for each appointment and 45 minutes for each physical appt. + Provide preventative physicals, chronic disease management, acute condition management.
