Start Date: ASAP-9/26/2025 (with possible extension) Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7am–4pm (No on-call) Patient Volume: 7–10 patients/day Patient Population: Employees and dependents ages 2+ EMR: Epic

BC, BLS & DEA Minimum 1 year of Primary Care experience
