Key Responsibilities

Oversee daily transportation operations and provide direct supervision to staff

Manage operational budgets and provide variance analysis

Ensure all safety protocols and regulatory requirements are met or exceeded

Oversee incident and collision claim processes

Maintain fleet and facilities in compliance with safety and environmental standards

Optimize route scheduling to improve efficiency and meet contract obligations

Deliver timely operational and financial reporting to leadership

Ensure all purchasing activities align with company policies

Foster a culture of engagement, accountability, and recognition among staff

Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience

Minimum of 3 years of management experience, preferably in transportation or logistics

Strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills

Proven ability to analyze financial and operational data

Background in strategic planning, safety compliance, or organizational performance a plus
