In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be: Act as a project leader for localization projects, work with multi function team to launch Emerson products in China factory following standard project gate review process and requirement Responsible for manufacturing process selection, layout design, lead production team to complete product pilot run and improve first pass yield Responsible for new equipment introduction, production line set up, Develop and implement automation and IIOT solutions to continuously improve efficiency Develop process documentation, provide training to operators and line leaders on new processes, materials, and equipment Continually contribute to quality and efficiency improvements with lean and six sigma tools, drive cost down and operation excellent

For This Role, You Will Need: Bachelor's degree or above in Manufacturing Engineering related field. Minimum 3 years’ experience in manufacturing industry. Excellent facilitation and communication skills, able to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels. Strong analytical and problem-solving skill Self-motivated, be able to manage multiple projects simultaneously Open mined, friendly, having a phenomenal sense of responsibility Familiar with Lean manufacturing and Six Sigma tools, etc. PMP Certificates is a plus Preferred Qualifications That Set You Apart: Strong analytical and problem-solving skill. Good communication skills of oral and written English.
