\nWhat will I be doing?
\nAs a Lobby Ambassador (Luggage Porter), you will consistently deliver outstanding customer service to guests, with a particular focus on the transfer and storage of their luggage. You will interact directly with guests and play a key role in shaping their first impressions of the hotel. Therefore, you are expected to perform the following tasks to the highest standards:
\n\nOffer consistent, high standard service and assistance to Guests and maintain a lobby presence that offers courteous and attentive service\nEnsure that individual customers and Groups receive fast, efficient and friendly service\nEnsure that either the responsible Team Member on duty are kept fully aware of any relevant feedback from either the customers or other departments\nAssist with room moves and luggage deliveries and man the Front Door, following all standard operating procedures\nEnsure the effective handling and storing of long-term and short-term luggage for arriving/departing Guests and clients\nMaintain public areas and all equipment in immaculate condition\nCommunicate with Security regarding any unattended luggage\nGreet all guests in public areas and rooms in a warm manner\nWhat are we looking for?
