Description We are looking for a detail-oriented Portfolio Management Coordinator to join our team in the Middlesex, New Jersey area. This position involves managing loan products throughout their lifecycle, ensuring seamless servicing, and delivering top-notch customer support. Responsibilities: + Supervise all aspects of the loan servicing process, including setup, payment handling, borrower inquiries, and disbursement coordination. + Update systems accurately to reflect loan modifications and prepare precise payoff calculations. + Apply analytical expertise to troubleshoot and resolve challenges in loan servicing. + Partner with team members and other departments to uphold service level agreements. + Adhere to company policies and procedures, ensuring the protection of confidential borrower information. + Deliver outstanding customer service by addressing concerns and providing effective solutions. + Maintain a strong focus on detail to guarantee the accuracy and completeness of all tasks. + Develop and implement innovative approaches to optimize processes and boost workflow efficiency. Requirements • Minimum of 1 year of experience in loan servicing, portfolio management, or a related field. • Strong knowledge of loan products and servicing processes. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel. • Ability to prioritize tasks and perform well under pressure in high-volume environments. • Experience with loan servicing systems, such as Benedict, is preferred.
