Description We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Loan Servicing Support Specialist in Frankfort, Kentucky. In this Contract-to-Permanent position, you will play a key role in supporting loan servicing operations with a focus on accuracy and efficiency. This role is ideal for someone with experience in accounts payable and loan servicing who thrives in a collaborative and detail-oriented environment. Responsibilities: • Process and monitor accounts payable transactions to ensure accurate and timely payments. • Assist in the administration and maintenance of loan servicing activities. • Review and reconcile financial data related to loans and payments. • Collaborate with team members to identify and resolve discrepancies in loan records. • Prepare and maintain detailed documentation and reports for auditing purposes. • Provide support for system updates and enhancements related to loan servicing. • Communicate effectively with stakeholders to address inquiries and provide updates. • Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and organizational policies. • Identify opportunities for process improvements within loan servicing operations. Requirements • Proven experience in accounts payable and loan servicing. • Strong attention to detail with the ability to analyze and resolve discrepancies. • Proficiency in relevant software and systems used in loan servicing. • Excellent communication skills to interact with team members and stakeholders. • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. • Familiarity with regulatory guidelines related to loan servicing and financial operations. • Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively. • Prior experience in a similar role is preferred.
