Wells Fargo is seeking Loan Servicing Representatives to join Specialty Operations Titles teams within our Auto Operations Group in Arizona. This team is part of our Consumer Lending business.

Title PerfectionTitle and Lien ReleaseTitle Transfers and Modifications

In this role, you will:

Review, research, analyze, problem solve, and process moderately complex issues related to titlesSupport the Specialty Operations - Titles team by following processes and ensuring service level agreements (SLAs) are metRegularly adapt to changes in processes and proceduresReceive direction from Loan Servicing supervisorsUse relevant information and independent judgment to determine the root cause of issues related to titlesEnsure compliance with all federal, state, client, and company policies, procedures, and regulationsCommunicate with customers, dealerships, Departments of Motor Vehicles (DMVs), cross-business units, and other third partiesProvide guidance to less experienced peersIdentify opportunities for improvement within various areas within Loan Servicing and recommend solutionsSign documents on behalf of Wells Fargo to affirm that the information provided is trueSupport other teams within the line of business, assisting with other responsibilities to meet overall business needsProvide Business Continuity Planning (BCP) for titles teams in other locationsAssist in the development, review, and revision of department policy and procedures

Training Schedule:

Length of training may varyTraining will be Monday through FridayThe hybrid work schedule will not apply during training

Work Schedule:

Hybrid work scheduleCurrent department hours are Monday – Friday from 7 AM – 6 PM easternSpecific work hours will be assigned prior to the end of training

Required Qualifications:

2+ years of Loan Servicing experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

Desired Qualifications:

Prior experience with auto titlesAbility to negotiate, influence, collaborate, and facilitate issue resolution with both internal and external partiesExperience making outbound calls, demonstrating strong telephone etiquette skillsExperience researching moderately complex issues to determine a course of action  Financial services industry experienceProven experience providing effective customer serviceAbility to accurately document account data and informationAbility to navigate multiple computer systems, applications, and utilize search tools to find information.Effective critical thinking and problem-solving skills with a focus on understanding customer requests and providing detailed informationAbility to prioritize work, meet deadlines/service level agreements (SLAs), achieve goals, and work under pressure in a dynamic and complex environmentExcellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skillsAbility to work in a fast-paced environment with excellent attention to detail and quality standardsMilitary experience resolving complex issues via written or verbal communication, including but not limited to: supply action requests, updating personnel records, answering benefit or pay questions, resolving errors, researching questions and other needs as requested by customers​
