Job Summary:
As a Loan Servicing Analyst in the Global Securitized Product team, you will process funding and paydown requests from Mortgage Finance customers. You will ensure daily balancing of accounts and provide end-of-day reports, managing each assigned customer facility to meet Service Level Agreements.
Job Responsibilities:
Process customer funding and paydown requestsBalance customer funding and operating accountsPerform warehouse facility maintenance and facilitate training for new application usersReport, research, and review cash flowsEnsure timely escalation and resolution of inquiriesUtilize technology to analyze client disputes and offer solutionsReport on defects and enhancements to applications/processesParticipate in application user acceptance testingDrive risk and control agendaPrioritize and manage workflow, escalating when requiredRead and analyze loan level activity with resolutionRequired Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:
Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university5+ years’ experience in accounting and collateral managementProven ability to work independently with excellent judgmentExperience reading and interpreting loan documentationExperience managing high volume workflow to comply with SLAExperience in approval and release of agency formsTeam-oriented with excellent communication and client service skillsSelf-reliant, requires minimal supervisionHighly organized with ability to manage multiple prioritiesIntermediate knowledge in performance metrics and client invoicesIntermediate Excel and PowerPoint knowledgePreferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:
Experience communicating with clients over the phoneOptional Additional Information:
