Loan Servicing Analyst Job ID 223589 Posted 09-Jun-2025 Service line Advisory Segment Role type Full-time Areas of Interest Capital Markets Location(s) Houston - Texas - United States of America **About The Role:** Responsible for performing commercial real estate valuation services and general support functions for Portfolio Managers in the servicing of multiple portfolios of commercial real estate loans. Conducts research and financial analysis of commercial real estate properties, loans and portfolios. **What You'll Do:** + Conduct research and financial analysis of commercial real estate properties, loans and portfolios. Assist with data compilation for lender decisions. Make presentation of analysis that will be used for investment decisions. + Prepare new Argus cash flow files and update existing Argus files using well researched market data and client provided inputs and assumptions. + Examine and analyze simple income-producing properties and prepare an analysis based on market comparisons. + Assist Portfolio Managers by performing tasks involved in supervising the performance of assigned commercial real estate loan portfolios. + Provide outstanding customer service to clients and related contacts. **What You'll Need:** To perform this job successfully, an individual will need to perform each crucial duty satisfactorily. Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university preferred. + Experience and/or training in Commercial Real Estate Underwriting, Argus, Valuation and/or Appraising. Advanced training in Appraisal/Valuation Services is a plus. + Ability to comprehend and interpret instructions, short correspondence, and memos and ask clarifying questions to ensure understanding. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to respond to common inquiries or complaints from clients, co-workers, and/or supervisor. + Requires average knowledge of financial real estate terms and principles.
