**About the role**
Responsible for reviewing loan documents such as Promissory note, Loan agreement and modification/amendments to understand prepayment requirements and generate payoff quotes for various lenders we service. Need to ensure payoff letters are prepared, approved by lender and delivered to borrower well in advance of loan payoff/closing.

+ Review loan documents to understand the nature of prepayment applicable to a loan.
+ Prepare payoff quotes using templates but may need adjustments based on various requirements
+ Prepare prepayment estimates for borrower and lenders.
+ Communicate with internal departments such as Tax, Insurance, Reserve, Cash application etc.
+ Discuss prepayment structure with borrower and lenders via email and telephone.
+ Provide excellent customer service to clients and contacts involved in the transaction.
+ Prepare and monitor internal reports based on process requirements.

**What You’ll Need:**
+ Bachelor's Degree preferred with up to 3 years of relevant experience. In lieu of a degree, a combination of experience and education will be considered.
+ Ability to use existing procedures to solve standard problems.
+ Experience with analyzing information and standard practices to make judgments.
+ In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Examples include Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.
+ Organizational skills with a strong inquisitive mindset.
+ Intermediate math skills. Ability to calculate difficult figures such as percentages, fractions, and other financial related calculations.
