Paramount Residential Mortgage Group Inc. (PRMG) is one of the largest independently owned Mortgage Banks in the nation. We are looking for an experienced and licensced Loan Officer Assistant to join our Retail team to help support our increased volume.
This role will be working out of our Honolulu PRMG Branch located near the Honolulu Airport.

Job Summary:
Supports a senior sales manager of the branch by managing the loan file from application thru closing, in a way that allows the sales manager and sales team of the branch to originate more loans. The duties for the Assistant include, but are not limited to, those described below.
Essential Job Functions:
Application: Assists the customer in completing the loan application, and obtaining the necessary borrower conditions needed to apply for financing and approval, as directed by supervisor..Communication: Communicates with parties of a transaction, including borrower/co borrower, real estate agent (s), closing agent (s) and 3rd party services, as to the status and timelines of the loan financing, as directed by supervisor.Coordination: Coordinates funding requests and follows up for required documentation and conditions for all pre- and post-closing items.Equipment: Uses such office equipment as computer terminals, copiers and FAX machines.Physical: Sits for extended time periods. Hearing and vision within normal ranges.Responsibilities Manages all clerical tasks necessary to facilitate timely loan closings on behalf and as directed by manager. The duties for the Assistant include, but are not limited to, those described belowHave a current, valid NMLS appointment and appropriate State licensing in good standingAssigns loan filesMaintains document mailing/conversation log in LOS as directedSplits and stacks loan docsProvides overflow doc drawing support as needed or directed by supervisorDepartmental filingPerforms variety of PTF functions including but not limited to VOE, VOM, VODOther duties as assigned Qualifications Minimum one to two years of operations and drawing loan docs (or comparable experience)Highly prefer professional with an active license for this roleStrong interpersonal-communication and business-relationship skills.Detail oriented with strong organizational and follow-through skills.Excellent analytical, written communication and verbal communication skills.
