You may review, modify, or update your information by visiting and logging into the careers section of the system. **Job Description:** At Regions, the Loan Fulfillment Condo & Project Review Supervisor manages a team of non-exempt associates responsible for conducting reviews on condominium projects, attached planned unit developments (PUDs) and leaseholds to determine if the project is viable and conforms to existing agency and Regions' Portfolio Guidelines. **Primary Responsibilities** + Oversees daily operations of a team of non-exempt associates + Coordinates tasks assignments to manage and optimize workflow + Ensures approved projects align with established mortgage underwriting standards and guidelines + Monitors team performance to ensure compliance with established service level agreements (SLAs) + Handles escalated or complex issues to ensure timely and effective resolution + Develops and implements process enhancements to improve departmental efficiency and effectiveness + Leads recruitment, performance management, and associate development efforts + Ensures team members receive appropriate training and consistently follow established policies and procedures This position is exempt from timekeeping requirements under the Fair Labor Standards Act and is not eligible for overtime pay. **Requirements** + Bachelor’s degree and one (1) year of banking, mortgage processing, mortgage underwriting or related experience + Or High School Diploma or GED and five (5) years of banking, mortgage processing, mortgage underwriting or related work experience + One (1) year of leadership or supervisory experience **Preferences** + Prior Condo Project experience **Skills and Competencies** + Ability to solve complex customer problems + Knowledge of agency and investor guidelines and regulations + Knowledge of sales contracts, appraisals, and applications + Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.) + Strong analytical and problem-solving skills + Strong organizational skills with attention to detail + Strong verbal and written communication skills **This position is intended to be onsite, now or in the near future** . Associates will have regular work hours, including full days in the office three or more days a week. The manager will set the work schedule for this position, including in-office expectations. Regions will not provide relocation assistance for this position, and relocation would be at your expense. The locations available for this role are **Birmingham, AL, Nashville, TN, or Atlanta, GA.** **Position Type** Full time **Compensation Details** Pay ranges are job specific and are provided as a point-of-market reference for compensation decisions. Other factors which directly impact pay for individual associates include: experience, skills, knowledge, contribution, job location and, most importantly, performance in the job role. As these factors vary by individuals, pay will also vary among individual associates within the same job.
