Review facility documentation to ensure compliance with policy and latest LMA/LSTA wording Collaborate with originating business and legal counsel to negotiate successful outcomes On-board new deals ensuring all documentation is received timely and accurately reflected in Loan IQ Manage deal closing process including funds flow Coordinate with multiple stakeholders to manage processes such as amendments, waivers, and consents Investigate ad hoc issues and queries to a successful resolution Oversee day-to-day run activities like drawdowns, rollovers, repayments, fees, margin adjustments, covenants, secondary transfers, ancillaries, SBLCs, Withholding Tax etc.
