Responsibilities: • Retrieve post-closing loan documents promptly to facilitate accurate loan setup. • Input loan data into the servicing system after reviewing documentation to ensure seamless loan processing. • Organize and manage workload effectively to meet established deadlines. • Provide operational support across various departments as needed. • Carry out additional tasks and projects as assigned to support the team. Requirements • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel and Word. • Ability to manage deadlines and work effectively under pressure. • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. • Strong organizational abilities with keen attention to detail and accuracy. • Problem-solving skills that align with the responsibilities of the role. • Demonstrated ability to provide exceptional customer service. • Capacity to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team. • Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and handling sensitive information responsibly.
