Description We are looking for a skilled Loan Administrator to join our team in Coral Gables, Florida. This long-term contract position offers an exciting opportunity to work within the banking industry, focusing on international operations and business loans. The role requires collaboration with sales and customer relations teams to ensure efficient loan management and client satisfaction. Responsibilities: • Manage the end-to-end process of business loan administration, ensuring accuracy and compliance with banking regulations. • Oversee financial reconciliation tasks, including Automated Clearing House (ACH) and Swift transactions. • Conduct thorough reviews of loan documentation to ensure adherence to organizational policies and regulatory requirements. • Monitor and process international banking transactions with a focus on operational efficiency. • Collaborate with sales and customer relations teams to address client needs and enhance service delivery. • Utilize the T24 core banking system to manage loan data and operational tasks effectively. • Ensure compliance with OFAC regulations and other international banking standards. • Identify and resolve discrepancies in financial data to maintain accuracy and reliability. • Provide timely updates and reports to management regarding loan operations and performance. • Support hybrid work arrangements after the initial onsite period, maintaining productivity and communication. Requirements • Minimum of 3 years of experience in loan administration within the banking industry. • Proficiency in managing business loans and international transactions. • Strong knowledge of financial reconciliation processes, including ACH and Swift. • Familiarity with the T24 core banking system for operations and data management. • Expertise in adhering to OFAC regulations and other compliance standards. • Excellent computer skills and the ability to work efficiently with banking software. • Strong collaboration skills to work effectively with sales and customer relations teams. • Detail-oriented mindset with the ability to identify and resolve discrepancies in financial data.
