This job is responsible for ensuring accurate and timely processing of complex loan administration transactions in accordance with established policies, processes and procedures. Key responsibilities include interacting with Relationship Administrators to ensure efficient, high quality loan processing. Job expectations include creating customer accounts, payment administration, loan system reconciliation, and quality review. Must be detail oriented and be able to read and understand loan documents. Must build and maintain a strong relationship with Relationship Administrators. May coach less experienced Reps. Works with less supervision than Rep I. LASR = Loan Administration Services Representative
Job Description Overview:
Ability to clearly read, understand and interpret loan documents. Thorough knowledge of loan accounting/reconciliation of general ledger debits and credits, including research and clearing exceptions on processed transactions. (Loan IQ and GL Debit/Credit knowledge) Research and resolve differences on various systems (i.e. interest discrepancies, DDA, wire transfer discrepancies, etc.). Handles a variety of functions (multi-tasking) and/or transactions, including priorities that require immediate attention. Produces error free work. Enters and verifies numeric data from a variety of sources, paper-based and/or electronic, into the loan system of record. Perform miscellaneous duties as assigned. Works under general supervision; typically reports to a supervisor or manager. An expected degree of creativity and latitude is required. Relies on experiences and judgment to plan and accomplish goals to perform a variety of tasks.

Required Qualifications:
Minimum of three (3) years of experience in the field of loan administrator/ loan operations with emphasis on loan transaction processing
Proficient computer skills utilizing mainframe and PC software packages
Strong systems orientation
Intermediate accounting skills
Excellent teamwork, organization, and admin skills
Multi-tasking, possesses a high degree of attention to detail.
Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, Power-Point with dual screens.
Effective communication skills (listening, verbal and written)
Knowledge and basic processing skills for Loan IQ.
Minimum Education Requirement: High School Diploma / GED / Secondary School or equivalent
