A Shift Sunday to Wednesday 8:00 am to 8:00 pm

Starting Pay $19.30/hr

SUMMARY

Load out employee contributes to the Quality Control of the finished products. Ensuring that the product meets standards and is of the highest quality possible.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

Inspect trailers before loading.

Inspect trailers after loading with finished product.

Load the designated product within the specified range.

Monitor and control the levels in the storage bins.

Report all discrepancies of the standard to management.

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES

This job has no supervisory responsibilities.

QUALIFICATIONS

A minimum of 6 months of experience in an industrial / manufacturing/construction/landscaping environment.

One year of continuous employment with the most recent employer.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly exposed to fumes or airborne particles. The employee is occasionally exposed to toxic or caustic chemicals and extreme heat. The noise level in the work environment is usually loud.

Hours:

1st Shift Sunday to Wednesday 8:00 am to 8:00 pm

1st Shift Thursday to Sunday 8:00 am to 8:00 pm

Sunday is a scheduled plant shut down primarily for Maintenance, Housekeeping, and Training.

Shifts are subject to periodic rotation every 8 weeks.

Rehire criteria is a minimum waiting period of 180 days.
