What You'll Be Doing

Operate yard loader to manage stockpiles and load customer trucks safely and efficiently

Perform routine equipment inspections and basic maintenance

Communicate with dispatch and scale house to coordinate material movement

Maintain clean and organized work areas to ensure safety and efficiency

Support plant operations and assist with other duties as needed

What Are We Looking For

Demonstrated ability to safely operate heavy equipment

Strong awareness of safety protocols and hazard recognition

Effective communication and teamwork skills

Ability to follow instructions and adapt to changing priorities

Commitment to maintaining equipment and worksite cleanliness

Conditions of Employment

Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check

Must be eligible to work in the United States and comply with all company policies

Work Environment

Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.
